Principais Tarefas a Desenvolver

Desenvolver Análise Funcional — desenhar soluções que satisfaçam as necessidades pretendidas (requisitos) e que cumpram com:
- as regras de negócio da organização
- as regras regulatórias do negócio
- as regras de arquitetura funcional existentes na organização
- as melhores práticas da metodologia de análise funcional (processos, fluxos, desenho lógico de dados, desenho de interfaces — ecrãs, recibos, ficheiros —, mapeamento de informação em interfaces entre sistemas, etc.)
Suporte e acompanhamento de outras equipas no que respeita às entregas funcionais:
- Negócio
- Desenvolvimento
- Testes
- Atendimento
- Operações

Competências e Conhecimentos Técnicos Obrigatórios

Conhecimento de técnicas de análise funcional (entrevista, identificação de atores, métodos, UML, interfaces e sistemas)
Conhecimentos de desenho de processos (BPMN)
Conhecimentos de modelação de dados (ao nível lógico e conceptual) — essencial
Domínio da língua materna (português), falada e escrita
Domínio da língua inglesa, falada e escrita
Experiência profissional mínima obrigatória de pelo menos 5 anos em Análise Funcional

Competências e Conhecimentos Técnicos Desejáveis

Licenciatura, de preferência em Sistemas de Informação, ou experiência demonstrada em projetos de IT
Domínio da ferramenta Power Designer
Conhecimentos de Information Management
