What is this challenge about:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce solutions and functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Deliver Salesforce parameterization and customizations according to defined standards and best practices.
  • Develop integrations and interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Perform coding activities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and related Salesforce technologies.
  • Execute unit tests, analyze defects, and implement corrective solutions.
  • Define, review, and maintain functional and technical test cases.
  • Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams in an international environment.
  • Support CI/CD processes, source control management, and deployment activities.
  • Guide and mentor development teams, promoting best engineering practices and code quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot campaign behavior, template rendering, and frontend customization issues using JavaScript and HTML.

What we are looking for:

  • +4 years of experience with C# and modern .NET development, ideally .NET 10.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
  • 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing, defect analysis, debugging, and bug fixing.
  • Solid experience with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience using JavaScript and HTML for template customization and rendering optimization across browsers.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and architecture principles.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and motivate development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
  • Fluent level of English.
