We’re looking for a GoLang + React Developer to join KWAN on a high-impact project within a global financial environment.

You’ll be working with complex systems used in fixed-income trading. This is not a basic dev role, it’s about understanding how systems, data, and business actually connect.

What you’ll be doing

Contribute to the migration of existing .NET applications to React and GoLang;
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment;
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices;
Actively participate in technical discussions and solution design.

What we’re looking for

Strong hands-on experience with React.js;
Solid experience with GoLang;
Proven experience working in both frontend and backend (fullstack mindset is key);
Experience in application migration or modernization projects (nice to have);
Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
Good level of spoken and written English.
