1. Service Context

AXA Group Operations is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the Secure GPT product team and contribute to the continuous evolution of its enterprise Generative AI platform. Secure GPT is AXA's internal AI-powered web application, similar to ChatGPT, designed to provide employees with secure access to Generative AI capabilities. The product has been live for over three years and continues to evolve with new features and user experiences. The selected consultant will play a key role in shaping the product by leading user discovery activities, designing intuitive experiences, validating solutions with users, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. This is a highly autonomous role where the Product Designer will be the primary designer dedicated to the product.

Mission allocation: Part-time engagement (3 days per week), with the possibility of increasing to a higher allocation depending on business needs and product roadmap.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an autonomous, hands-on Product Designer who is comfortable leading the entire design process independently. As the only dedicated designer for Secure GPT, the consultant must be capable of managing discovery, UX strategy, UI design, prototyping, user validation, and stakeholder communication with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate combines strong UX research capabilities with excellent visual design skills and is equally comfortable facilitating workshops, interviewing users, creating prototypes, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
