Developer Robotic Operation Support – Automation.
Perfil: Developer - Sénior Consultant

Principais funções e responsabilidades

Assegurar a operação, estabilidade e evolução das soluções de Automação e Hyperautomation;
Atuar como referência operacional no Automation CoE;
Analisar fluxos existentes, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e resolução de problemas;
Garantir o correto funcionamento das soluções, através de atividades de troubleshooting e suporte;
Desenhar e implementar novos fluxos de automação, em colaboração com as diferentes unidades de negócio.

Requisitos de experiência profissional e competências técnicas

Experiência em operação e suporte a soluções de automação (ROS / Run & Maintain), incluindo análise de falhas, troubleshooting e estabilidade em produção;
Conhecimentos práticos de:

Power Platform (Power Automate e Power Apps);
UiPath

Experiência em monitorização de execuções, análise de logs e gestão de falhas e incidentes;
Conhecimentos de RPA e workflows automatizados, bem como da sua operação em produção;
Experiência em contextos de incidentes, problemas e mudanças (ITSM / operação).

Requisitos académicos

Licenciatura em Informática, Ciências da Computação, Engenharia ou área similar.

Requisitos de certificação

Certificações relevantes serão valorizadas.

Requisitos linguísticos

Domínio de Português, Espanhol e Inglês.
