Tech Lead Automation (UiPath) & Microsoft Power Platform.

Principais funções e responsabilidades
  • Liderar tecnicamente as plataformas de Automation e Power Platform.
  • Garantir a evolução contínua, estabilidade e suporte das soluções.
  • Assegurar a adoção de boas práticas pelas equipas e pela comunidade.
  • Integrar os modelos de governação e operação na área de IT.
  • Gerir o serviço em modelo fábrica, incluindo acompanhamento contratual.
  • Conduzir interações e negociações com as unidades de negócio.
  • Promover a criação de valor e otimização de processos através de automação.
Requisitos de Experiência e Competências Técnicas
  • ≥ 3 anos de experiência com Microsoft Power Platform.
  • ≥ 3 anos de experiência sólida em Power Apps e Power Automate.
  • Experiência em gestão de equipas em modelo de fábrica.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de desenvolvimento de software (boas práticas, engenharia e troubleshooting).
  • Experiência em suporte, resolução de problemas e gestão de atualizações.
  • Conhecimentos em tecnologias Microsoft (ex.: C#, .NET) valorizados.
  • Conhecimentos em Microsoft Dynamics 365 valorizados.
Requisitos Académicos
  • Licenciatura em Informática, Engenharia ou área similar.
Certificações
  • Certificações relevantes serão valorizadas.
Requisitos Linguísticos
  • Português, Espanhol e Inglês (obrigatório).

  • Espírito de equipa, proatividade, autonomia e organização.
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade.
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita.
