Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with our Team, mainly Product Owners, Scrum Master, Business Analyst and Developers, understanding product requirements and specifications.
- Create test strategies and test plans.
- Estimate test effort.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to confirm applications quality according to specifications.
- Prepare test status report and issues status report.
- Review and analyze test results, working closely with Development Team to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support UAT resources / activities.
- Suggest possible solutions to optimize and automatize processes, improving our services efficiency and user experience.
- Once you master the tool, you will be responsible for the complete implementation of new decision trees, from understanding the need to designing and implementing the parameterization and testing the proper functioning.
Main Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Degree in an IT Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar disciplines.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Previous experience in both manual and automated testing execution.
- Good communication skills.
- Detail oriented and proactive.
- Strong organizational (methodical), interpersonal (co-operative, constructive and open-minded), problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with JIRA-XRAY - nice to have.
- Experience API testing (Postman) - nice to have.
- Experience with SQL - nice to have.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of French (nice to have)
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and cross-functional projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet goals.
- Able to be quickly autonomous, proactive.
- A real passion for learning, doing things better and helping others, and an ability to turn ideas into realities.
- Team spirit, client-oriented spirit, and good analyzing skills
- Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, as required
