About the client and the project

International insurance group with a technology and operations hub in Portugal. The team is responsible for managing and evolving the organization's IT infrastructure, including the adoption of AI and automation platforms to improve operational efficiency.

What you will do

Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments.
Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and/or AWS.
Administer Microsoft 365 platforms and related services.
Monitor, automate, and optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.
Support the implementation and ongoing operation of AI and automation platforms.
Apply security best practices, including identity management and access control.
Contribute to observability efforts, ensuring visibility into system health and performance.
