Senior Tech Lead / Solution architect
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in .NET
- Experience with Azure;
- Experience with React and Nextjs;
- Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices.
- Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices.
- Ideally previous experience on fintech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in agile environments.
- Background in mentoring or coaching engineers.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
As a Tech Lead/Solution Architect, you will:
- Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Contributing to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture.
- Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.
