About the role

Regulatory compliance technology company providing an AI-powered platform to global enterprises. The role supports a cybersecurity function focused on securing AI/ML systems and pipelines across the organization, partnering with platform, application engineering, and cloud teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle.

What you will do

Define and implement security standards and policies for AI/ML adoption across the organization
Act as security partner to platform, application engineering, and product teams on AI-powered features
Coordinate with tech leads and engineering teams to promote secure design patterns for AI workloads
Integrate security controls, automated testing, and vulnerability management into CI/CD and MLSecOps workflows
Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments for LLMs and generative AI systems, addressing risks such as prompt injection and model supply chain vulnerabilities
Lead investigation, mitigation, and recovery efforts for security incidents targeting AI infrastructure and cloud AI services
Monitor emerging cybersecurity trends and adversarial ML tactics to evolve the security posture

Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa)

Cybersecurity experience — 3+ years
AI/ML security, LLM security or security for AI-driven systems — 3+ years

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, OSI model)
Security protocols (HTTPS, DNS, SMTP, FTP, SSH)
Programming languages (Python, PowerShell)
Cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), including AI/ML workloads and managed AI services
