Perfil: 1x Senior SAP Consultant (HR + FI + ABAP)
 
Função:
Senior SAP Consultant com forte componente técnica em SAP HR (HCM), SAP FI e ABAP, para integrar a equipa de Suporte Especializado People & FCS.
Esta função será responsável por garantir a estabilidade, evolução e resolução de incidentes complexos nos sistemas SAP, assegurando a continuidade operacional de processos críticos de RH e Financeira em ambiente SAP ECC e S/4HANA.
Esta posição exige um perfil sénior, altamente autónomo, com forte capacidade analítica e gosto pelo detalhe técnico, orientado para troubleshooting, integrações e suporte a operações críticas.
 
Responsabilidades:
  • Realizar análise técnica e funcional aprofundada em incidentes SAP HR e FI, garantindo resolução end to end.
  • Executar debugging técnico em payroll, FI, integrações e desenvolvimento ABAP.
  • Analisar e resolver problemas relacionados com:
  • Integrações SAP ↔ sistemas externos (OutSystems,  API/APIs).
  • BAPIs, OData, IDocs, RFCs, jobs e logs
  • Acompanhar e suportar processos críticos como:
  • Payroll técnico
  • Fechos contabilísticos
  • Contabilizações HR ↔ FI
  • Integrações financeiras
  • Garantir a correta interpretação e aplicação das simplificações e novos modelos S/4HANA.
  • Implementar e manter:
  • Enhancements, user exits, BAdIs
  • Reports
  • Articular de forma eficaz com equipas internas, áreas de negócio, fornecedores e parceiros.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua, propondo otimizações técnicas e operacionais.
  • Produzir documentação técnica clara, estruturada e alinhada com os standards da equipa.
 
Requisitos Técnicos:
  • Experiência sólida em SAP HR (HCM) com foco técnico:
  • Análise de schemas, PCRs, regras de cálculo
  • Leitura e análise de clusters
  • Debug de payroll
  • Tratamento de erros de contabilização e integrações
  • Experiência avançada em SAP FI:
  • GL, AP, AR, AA
  • Document Splitting, Universal Journal (S4)
  • Troubleshooting de fechos e integrações financeiras
  • Experiência comprovada em ABAP orientado a suporte:
  • Debugging avançado
  • Enhancements, BAdIs, user exits
  • CDS, OData Services
  • Experiência prática com integrações (PI/PO ou CPI, OData, RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs).
  • Experiência em ambientes ECC e/ou S/4HANA.
