About the role

Global professional services company with a technology delivery hub in Portugal. The team supports an international technology hub delivering Salesforce-based marketing and data solutions for global clients, focusing on customer data platforms and marketing automation.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and unit test Salesforce solutions within Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • Write functional and technical documentation for delivered solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce parameterization according to project requirements and standards.
  • Develop and implement integrations and interfaces within scope.
  • Execute unit testing, analyze defects, and implement fixes.
  • Define and review test cases to ensure solution quality.

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa)
  • No relocation package available

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or related field
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud — 5+ years
  • Salesforce Data Cloud — 5+ years
  • Data modeling (Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, Unified Individual, Identity Resolution frameworks)
  • Data ingestion (batch, streaming, API-based, external connectors, token/authentication management)
  • Data transformation (Data Mapping, Calculated Insights, Transformation Rules, Query Editor using SQL, schema alignment)
  • Identity resolution frameworks (match rules, reconciliation rules, identity stitching, deterministic/probabilistic approaches)
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance and consent management
  • Experience with secure data access, PII protection, and integration architecture (real-time triggers/event patterns)
  • AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy
  • English B2

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
