About the role
Digital consultancy providing software engineering and design services across Europe. A product delivery team building and testing software features, with a strong focus on test automation frameworks alongside general full stack development.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Java.
- Contribute to full stack product delivery, working across features beyond pure testing.
- Optimize existing testing frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Train and mentor other team members on test automation practices.
- Collaborate with the team to balance testing specialism with general feature development.
- Support the team's transition towards greater self-sufficiency in testing over time.
