About the role

Global AI-enabled consulting and software engineering company with hubs across Europe, including Portugal. A backend engineering team building and evolving cloud-native services with a focus on event-driven architecture and API design.

What you will do

Design and develop backend services in Java following object-oriented principles and design patterns.
Build and maintain event-driven integrations using Kafka.
Deploy and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes.
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
Develop and consume APIs using GraphQL Federation.
Write unit and integration tests following TDD practices.
Collaborate with the team using Git and CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment.
