Experience: 10+ years

Languages: Portuguese (essential) | English (required) - at least C1.

About the Role:

This is not a typical project manager role. Due to the size and structure of the organization, we need one person to own the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering all the way through delivery. There is no hand-off between BA and PM here; you do both. You will sit at the table with directors, challenge scope, define requirements, manage stakeholders, and keep projects on track. If something doesn't make sense, you say so. If it's out of scope, you call it.

The Ideal Person: Someone who started as a Business Analyst in insurance and is now a Project Manager. Not just a BA who helps define things and passes them on. Someone who owns the outcome, micro and macro, from start to finish. Work experience in big multinational companies.
