IBM BAW é o antigo IBM BPM, portanto é uma Dev Fullstack Java com JS (se tiver angular ainda melhor), com BAW ou BPM
Main Missions:
• Workflow Development: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end process workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) — this is the core of the role.
• Customization & Configuration: Configure IBM BAW components (Process Designer, Process Portal, Coach/Coach View UI framework) to meet business requirements.
• Integration: Connect IBM BAW with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise applications.
• User Interface Development: Build BAW Coach-based UIs and, where applicable, contribute to front-end components (Angular a strong plus).
• Testing & QA: Write and execute unit and integration tests to validate workflow behavior and business rules.
• Documentation: Produce clear technical documentation (process designs, API contracts via Swagger, Confluence pages).
• Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing sessions within a diverse, multi-site team.
Required Skills (Must to Have):
• ✓ IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) — hands-on development experience is mandatory
• ✓ IBM Process Designer — process modeling, service flows, BPDs, coaches
• ✓ REST/SOAP Web Services & SOA architecture
• ✓ JavaScript / EcmaScript (BAW scripting, coach logic)
• ✓ SQL / PL/SQL
• ✓ Agile methodology (Scrum, JIRA, Kanban)
• ✓ Version control: Git / Bitbucket
Required Skills (Good to have):
• Java / J2EE — for custom service integrations and back-end extensions
• Angular — for enriched front-end experiences beyond native BAW coaches
• IBM Case Manager (ICM) / Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
• CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, pipelines)
• Web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Confluence / Swagger documentation
