Senior Data Scientist (Python)

About the client and the project

Global AI-enabled consulting and software engineering company with hubs across Europe, including Portugal. You will join an agile, collaborative team building statistical models to support marketing spend optimization and product growth, working closely with leadership and clients to turn data into strategic decisions.

What you will do

Partner with marketing and product teams to diagnose business challenges and define relevant metrics and analyses.
Lead the creation, monitoring, and iterative improvement of statistical models used for marketing spend optimization and growth.
Design clear narratives and data visualizations to communicate model outputs to non-technical audiences.
Prototype and validate new insights independently, moving from hypothesis to rigorous testing.
Evaluate and select modeling approaches suited to specific business contexts.
Influence product and marketing strategy through data-backed evidence across all levels of the organization.
