About the client and the project

IT consulting and software engineering company operating in Portugal. A reference project in the insurance sector, focused on implementing a new cloud data architecture (Lakehouse) and migrating a legacy Data Warehouse to this new architecture.

What you will do

Lead technically the implementation of a new cloud data architecture (Lakehouse).
Coordinate the migration of a legacy Data Warehouse to the new architecture.
Manage and distribute work across a data engineering team.
Recommend best practices in data and analytics based on consulting experience.
Interact regularly with senior stakeholders from different business areas.
Present project progress at a high level to different stakeholders.
