About the role

Global IT services and consulting company with a presence in Portugal. Team responsible for the operation, stability and evolution of automation and hyperautomation solutions, acting as a reference point for automation practices across the organisation. The role also drives adoption of newer agentic automation technologies alongside traditional RPA.

What you will do

  • Ensure the operation, stability and continuous evolution of existing automation solutions.
  • Analyze existing automation flows to identify and resolve issues.
  • Design and implement new automation flows in collaboration with different business units.
  • Build and configure conversational and agentic automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Propose improvements to existing automations, including migration paths toward agentic automation concepts.
  • Ensure compliance, quality and scalability of automation solutions in production, including governance of automated agents.

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa)
