Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join Transformation Team within IT CIB Transversal
In this role, the consultant will be instrumental in guiding the teams through a complex environment. the consultant will leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies to foster collaboration, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement across the team.
As a Senior Scrum Master, the consultant will work in an international environment, collaborating with team members based in both Paris and Porto. Your leadership will empower the teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to Agile principles and practices.

Main Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Plannings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective collaboration and engagement among team members.
· Coach the team on Agile methodologies, helping them to understand and implement best practices to optimize their workflows and enhance productivity.
· Act as a servant leader, removing impediments that may hinder the team’s progress and fostering an environment of trust and open communication.
· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog that meets business needs and aligns with project goals.
· Monitor and report on team performance metrics, facilitating discussions around improvements and adjustments to enhance team efficiency.
· Work with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to align project goals and share best practices across teams in different locations.
· Support the team in defining and achieving their goals while encouraging self-organization and accountability.
· Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables, and proactively communicate these to stakeholders.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning within the team.
· Keep your team leader updated on the updates of the projects
