About the role

International banking group with a technology and operations hub in Portugal. The role sits within a transformation team supporting IT for corporate and investment banking activities, working on initiatives to modernize processes and ways of working across an international organization.

What you will do

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile methodologies and best practices to optimize workflows and productivity.
  • Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering trust and open communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders across locations to align goals and share best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting project timelines, communicating proactively with stakeholders.

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Porto)
