SAP TM Developer – Porto | Portugal

Responsibilities
- Conceptual design and development of complex global IT solutions.
- Provide business consulting for process design and IT systems configuration.
- Create detailed concepts and implement program adjustments.
- Coordinate collaboration with external suppliers to ensure seamless
integration.
- Act as a team member and/or workstream lead in project environments.
- Prepare documentation and deliver presentations of results.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring system stability and performance.
Years of experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP TM Developer.
Functional Skills
- Development of complex global IT solutions.
- Realization of program adjustments.
- Active participation as a team member in projects.
- Documentation and presentation of results.
- Analysis and resolution of incidents.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in SAP TM, including all relevant interfaces to SAP ERP.
- Knowledge of ABAP programming and TM frameworks (Business Process
Framework).
- Experience with Fiori UI.
- Documentation tools: Confluence.
- Task management tools: JIRA.
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager.
- Experience in project methodologies: Agile and Waterfall.
Soft Skills
- Analytical thinking:
o Ability to understand complex subscription and billing processes and
translate them into technical solutions.
o Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting integration and
configuration issues.
- Communication Skills:
o Clear and concise communication with business stakeholders, and
technical peers.
o Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:

o Working effectively with cross-functional teams and cross regional
teams (Europe, NA, SA, India, China, APAC). Coordinating with
external vendors.

- Adaptability:
o Ability to quickly learn new features.
o Flexibility to handle changing business priorities and timelines.

o Handling discussions on requirements, timelines, and dependencies.
o Aligning technical feasibility with business expectations.
