Business Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors)

About the client and the project

Global professional services company with a technology delivery hub in Portugal. You will join a business and technology integration team working on an SAP application management and project services engagement, supporting HR technology transformation initiatives.

What you will do

  • Analyze the organization's processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
  • Evaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future state business solutions.
  • Research, gather, and synthesize information to support effective decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and guiding the team, and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Develop comprehensive process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Present system functionalities during client workshops and proactively identify solutions.

Must-have skills

  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Management — master proficiency
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central — expert proficiency
  • Requirements Analysis — expert proficiency
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to translate client requirements into SAP SuccessFactors configurations
  • English C1

Nice to have

  • Experience presenting system functionalities during client workshops
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues
