Salesforce Solution Architect – Porto | Portugal

About the client and the project

Global IT consulting and technology services company with a delivery hub in Porto, Portugal. The team supports a large-scale B2B digital commerce platform, helping transform legacy eCommerce systems into modern Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions with complex integrations across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

What you will do

  • Define the overall SFCC B2B architecture, including storefront, integrations, data flows, and security model.
  • Translate business and B2B commerce requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Lead solution design for complex B2B features such as account hierarchies, price books, contract pricing, approval workflows, and custom catalogs.
  • Design and oversee integration architecture with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Establish development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and governance models for commerce projects.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Support cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
