We are looking for a Salesforce Mid-Level Developer with Service Cloud expertise to support the delivery of Salesforce solutions within our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience across the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle, preferably in Service Cloud, with additional knowledge of Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI Integration) or Data Cloud considered a plus.
The consultant must have hands-on experience with Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura Components, REST/SOAP integrations, Salesforce configuration, technical documentation, unit testing, defect resolution, Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines. The Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory. Experience with Omni-Channel Routing, Security & Access Models, and Data Access & Visibility is highly desirable.
From a soft skills perspective, we are looking for a professional who is autonomous, proactive, curious, quality-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively in an open organisation. The candidate should demonstrate ownership, openness to feedback, stakeholder management skills, and a willingness to contribute across testing, analysis, and DevOps activities whenever needed.
The successful candidate should be capable of independently delivering well-defined features, taking ownership of smaller workstreams, collaborating effectively with technical experts, and supporting junior team members on technical topics when required.
The resource must have strong English communication skills and be available to work from the office once per week.
