Mid Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC)

About the role

Global professional services company with a technology delivery hub in Portugal. The team works on Salesforce implementations with a focus on Service Cloud, supporting customer service and engagement processes for large-scale organisations.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain Apex classes and triggers to support business requirements.
  • Build Lightning Web Components and/or Aura Components for front-end functionality.
  • Configure Salesforce features such as Flows, validation rules and automation.
  • Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
  • Write technical documentation and design artefacts for implemented solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, defect analysis and issue resolution.
  • Use Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines to manage code deployment and version control.

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (1 day/week in the office, Lisboa / Braga / Coimbra)

What are we looking for?

  • Salesforce — Apex development (Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components
  • REST and SOAP integrations
  • Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, automation)
  • Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • English B2
  • Portuguese

Nice to have

  • Experience with Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI Integration) or Data Cloud
