We are currently looking for a Salesforce Mid-Level Developer with Service Cloud expertise to join our team and would appreciate your support in identifying suitable candidates.
The successful candidate should have solid experience throughout the Salesforce implementation lifecycle, preferably within Service Cloud, although experience with Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI Integration) or Data Cloud will also be considered valuable.

The key technical requirements are as follows:
- Apex development (Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL);
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components;
- REST and SOAP integrations;
- Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules and automation;
- Technical documentation and design artefacts;
- Unit testing, defect analysis and issue resolution;
- Experience with Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines;
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Omni-Channel Routing and Prioritisation;
- Security & Access Models;
- Data Access & Visibility;
- Reporting & Analytics;
- Power BI integration;
- JavaScript and HTML.
Additionally, the candidate must:
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Be available to attend the office at least once per week.
