Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

Global professional services company with a technology delivery hub in Portugal. The team delivers Salesforce-based solutions for an international client, covering design, implementation, and integration work within a broader technology programme.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements.
  • Write functional and technical documentation to support development work.
  • Deliver Salesforce parameterization aligned with requirements and standards.
  • Develop and implement interfaces and integrations within scope.
  • Execute unit tests, analyze defects, and implement fixes.
  • Define and review test cases.
  • Guide and motivate a team of developers.

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa)
