Job Summary:

As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
Architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams of developers, architects, and analysts.
Mentoring and coaching junior developers and conducting code reviews.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Developing and implementing best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications.
Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including third-party APIs.
Writing and executing unit and integration tests.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect are preferred.
Experience leading teams and providing technical leadership.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
