About the client and the project

Global IT consulting and technology services company with a delivery hub in Porto, Portugal. The project involves developing and customizing a Salesforce platform supporting training booking processes, subscription and billing workflows, and integrations with external systems. The team works on solution design, implementation, and ongoing configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

What you will do

  • Gather requirements and design Salesforce-based solutions with business stakeholders.
  • Develop and customize functionality using Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and reports.
  • Build and support integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Customize and extend Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver process automation.
  • Support deployments and ensure solutions align with business requirements.
