Responsibilities
- Development tasks in the area of Academy Training booking processes
- Developer with experience in Sales and Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
(Community Portals), and external system integrations
- Responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, implementation,
deployments, and configurations (objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports)
Years of experience
- 5-7+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Functional Skills
- Core Salesforce Knowledge.
- Salesforce Platform Fundamentals: Objects, fields, relationships, security model,
workflows, and automation.
- Apex and Lightning Components: Ability to customize and extend functionality
using Apex classes, triggers, and LWC.
- Data Modeling & Integration: Understanding of data architecture and integration
patterns (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud customization
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows
- Docebo LMS integration and API development
- REST/SOAP web services
- Data synchronization and process automation
- Agile/Scrum project delivery
- User-centric process optimization and stakeholder collaboration
Technical Skills
- Programming Languages: Apex (Salesforce proprietary language for backend
logic), JavaScript (for Lightning Web Components and UI customization), SOQL &
SOSL (Salesforce Object and Search Query Languages), HTML/CSS (for UI styling
in Lightning components).
- Frameworks & Tools: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow and
Process Builder (automation tools)
