Salesforce Business Analyst (Warranty) – Porto | Portugal
The quality expert for warranty acts between the business stakeholders and technical
teams to ensure Salesforce solution meets organizational needs. The role must analyze
the existing warranty processes and translate the objectives into functional
specifications for Salesforce implementation and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Moving the functionality from SalesCore to SalesForce for the warranty
- for units.
- Define the team and stakeholders to define the specification/KPI's
- Maintain communication within the project team and the business stakeholders.
- Lead the project from business perspective.
- Lead the User Acceptance Test
- Plan the training with the affected locations and verify the effectiveness.
Years of experience
- 2+ years of proven experience as Salesforce Business Analyst in the Warranty
domain.
Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of complaints / case management processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to create business and functional requirements, process flows, user
stories and acceptance criteria.
- Solid understanding of system integrations, data migration concepts, reporting,
dashboards, and KPIs.
- Experience in transformation, migration, or CRM implementation projects.
Technical Skills
- Salesforce Service and CRM.
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
- Case and complaint management tools.
- Data migration and reporting basics.
- Integrations & UAT.
- Tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in complex, cross functional environments.
- Proactive, delivery focused, and ownership driven.
- Change oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Supports teams through process and system changes.
Languages
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
