Salesforce Administrator – Porto | Portugal
About the client and the project
Global IT consulting and technology services company with a delivery hub in Porto, Portugal. The team supports and evolves a Salesforce platform used across multiple business units, focusing on configuration, automation, data quality, and user enablement.
What you will do
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Maintain workflows, approval processes, and automation using Flows and Process Builder.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and manage imports/exports using Data Loader.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, including documentation and best practices.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Support integration between Salesforce and other systems and monitor system performance.
Must-have skills
- Salesforce Administration — 5+ years
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- English B2

Location and work model
