Salesforce Administrator – Porto | Portugal
Responsibilities
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
o Maintain workflows, approval processes, and automation tools (Flows,
Process Builder).
- Data Management
o Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits.
o Import, update, and export data using Data Loader or similar tools.
- Reporting & Dashboards
o Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
- User Support & Training
o Provide technical support and training to end-users.
o Develop documentation and best practices for Salesforce usage.
- System Upgrades & Enhancements
o Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features.
o Collaborate with developers and business teams for customizations.
- Security & Compliance
o Manage security settings and ensure compliance with company
policies.
Years of experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Functional Skills
- User Management
o Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
o Implement role hierarchy and sharing rules for data access.
- Data Management
o Maintain data integrity through validation rules and duplicate
management.
o Perform data imports, updates, and exports using tools like Data
Loader.
- Security & Compliance
o Configure security settings (field-level security, object permissions).
o Ensure compliance with company policies and Salesforce best
practices.
- Process Automation
o Build and maintain workflows, approval processes, and automation
using Flows and Process Builder.
o Optimize business processes for efficiency.
- Reporting & Dashboards
o Create and customize reports and dashboards for different business
units.
o Provide actionable insights through data visualization.
- System Configuration
o Customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and apps.
o Manage picklists, validation rules, and formula fields.
- Release & Change Management
o Test and deploy new Salesforce features and updates.
o Document changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- User Support & Training
o Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues.
o Conduct training sessions and create user guides.
- Integration Support
o Assist with integration between Salesforce and other systems (ERP,
marketing tools).
o Monitor and maintain data flow between platforms.
- Performance Monitoring
o Monitor system health and usage.
o Identify opportunities for optimization and scalability.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows).
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Components (nice-to-have).
- Experience with data management tools (Data Loader).
