Software development company building mobile applications. The project involves requirements analysis for software solutions in the healthcare domain, with attention to regulatory and quality standards applicable to medical device software.

What you will do

Conduct user interviews and semi-structured research sessions to gather stakeholder needs.
Perform needs analysis and write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Analyse legacy systems and codebases to extract business rules and map current processes.
Maintain requirements traceability from needs analysis through design and testing.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to define and achieve project objectives.
Apply knowledge of information security and data protection practices relevant to medical record information.
Support digital transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.

Experience with planning and conducting research interviews (semi-structured interviews)
Experience with requirements analysis and user story writing
Experience in information security and data protection, including familiarity with data protection guidance on handling medical record information
English B2
Portuguese

Nice to have

Postgraduate education or specialisation in computer science / software engineering
Experience with Define and Discover phases of User-Centered Service Design (UCSD), including stakeholder mapping, problem definition and needs assessment
Experience with analysis work in the healthcare sector
Experience analysing legacy systems and codebases, including business-rule extraction and process mapping
Experience collaborating in cross-disciplinary teams
Experience participating in or leading digital transformation or strategic projects
