Job Description

Profissional com experiência em Quality Assurance, Test Automation e interesse/experiência em Inteligência Artificial para integrar uma equipa dinâmica e em crescimento.

Mais do que alguém focado apenas na execução de testes, procuramos uma pessoa com energia, iniciativa e capacidade de influenciar positivamente equipas e processos. O objetivo desta função é ajudar a elevar as práticas de qualidade, promover iniciativas internas, facilitar a adoção de novas abordagens e atuar como ponto de ligação entre QA, automação e soluções suportadas por IA.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Promover boas práticas de QA, automação e qualidade dentro das equipas de desenvolvimento;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos de testing e delivery;
  • Contribuir para iniciativas relacionadas com IA aplicada a QA, automação ou otimização de processos;
  • Facilitar a adoção de frameworks, ferramentas e metodologias de testes;
  • Trabalhar em proximidade com equipas técnicas e stakeholders para garantir qualidade e eficiência;
  • Apoiar a definição de standards, governance e guidelines de qualidade;
  • Participar na implementação e evolução de pipelines de automação e CI/CD;
  • Atuar como elemento dinamizador da equipa, promovendo colaboração, conhecimento e melhoria contínua.

Perfil procurado

  • Experiência sólida em QA Automation e/ou Software Testing;
  • Conhecimento de frameworks e ferramentas de automação;
  • Experiência com Python ou outras linguagens orientadas à automação;
  • Contacto ou experiência prática com IA/Gen AI (ex.: Prompt Engineering, APIs, automação inteligente, copilots, LLMs);
  • Experiência em ambientes Agile e integração contínua;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Perfil proativo, dinâmico e com capacidade de facilitar iniciativas;
  • Interesse em inovação, melhoria contínua e transformação de processos.
