Enquanto Quality Assurance Engineer, desempenharás um papel fundamental na garantia da qualidade das soluções entregues, colaborando com equipas técnicas e de negócio para assegurar que os produtos cumprem os requisitos definidos e proporcionam valor ao cliente.

Principais responsabilidades

Participar na análise e revisão de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais, garantindo a sua testabilidade;
Colaborar com equipas de desenvolvimento e negócio para clarificar dúvidas e alinhar expectativas de qualidade;
Elaborar, executar e manter testes manuais, de acordo com os critérios de aceitação definidos;
Reportar e acompanhar defeitos, assegurando a sua resolução em colaboração com a equipa técnica;
Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de QA e das práticas de teste;
Assegurar o cumprimento das metodologias e processos implementados (ex.: Agile);
Apoiar utilizadores finais durante os testes de aceitação, garantindo que cumpre os requisitos definidos.

Requisitos

Formação académica

Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia.

Experiência profissional

1 a 3 anos de experiência em funções de Quality Assurance e testes de software (ex.: testes funcionais, regressão, integração), e em estimativas de esforço para as tarefas de teste.

Competências técnicas

Experiência na tradução de requisitos para escrita de casos de teste (preferencialmente em linguagem Gherkin).

Metodologias de trabalho

Experiência em ambientes Agile/Scrum.

Competências de comunicação

Capacidade de comunicação clara com equipas técnicas e não técnicas, e domínio do Inglês (escrito e falado).

Competências pessoais

Atenção ao detalhe e pensamento crítico.

Pontos extra:

Conhecimentos de ferramentas como Jira, DevOps, Confluence;
Certificações relevantes (ex.: ISTQB Foundation).
