About the client and the project

IT consulting and software engineering company operating in Portugal. The project involves a product related to payment transfers, requiring close collaboration with technical teams across APIs, integrations, mainframe, and digital channels to deliver functional and compliant solutions.

What you will do

  • Define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory deadlines.
  • Work closely with technical teams (APIs, integrations, mainframe, digital channels) to ensure clear requirements and delivery focus.
  • Manage the full development cycle, from functional definition through to production delivery.
  • Ensure solution quality by promoting validation practices and tracking KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (business, operations, compliance) and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Analyse and define product KPIs, monitoring delivery through objective metrics.

Must-have skills

  • Experience as a Product Owner or in equivalent roles in technology contexts
  • Knowledge of APIs (REST) — product design
  • Ability to analyse and define product KPIs and monitor delivery through objective metrics
  • Strong delivery orientation, with a focus on value and problem-solving
  • Autonomy, pragmatism and critical thinking
  • English B2
  • Portuguese

Nice to have

  • Experience in the payment transfers domain

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (3 days/week in the office, Lisboa)
