The Product Lead is responsible for translating business vision and customer requirements into a scalable and market-ready Meta Planner product. He defines MVPs, owns the product roadmap, aligns stakeholders across all engineering teams, and ensures that functional requirements are implemented within a sustainable and scalable architecture. The role combines product management, business analysis, systems thinking, and technical leadership.

Product Definition
- Understands the needs and company strategy
- Defines MVPs and releases
- Prioritizes features based on development strategy
- Manages the product backlog and roadmap
Cross-Team Alignment
- Coordinates backend, frontend, data, analytics and optimization
- Ensures that all teams are working toward the same product goals
Business Domain Transition
- Understands business domains and translates requirements into consistent action plans and working packages
- Defines business objects, workflows, and business processes
- Ensures that new features fit the Meta-Planner domain model
Technical Product Leadership
- Has a fundamental understanding of backend architectures, APIs, data models, and distributed systems
- Identifies technical risks early on
- Critically evaluates architectural decisions
- Prioritizes scalability, maintainability, and extensibility
Delivery Steering
- Responsible for the release roadmap
- Supports sprint and release planning
- Monitors progress and risks
- Escalates conflicts of interest early on
