About the role

Retail group's digital and technology company operating across multiple markets. The role sits within teams responsible for logistics, supply chain, and in-store delivery systems in a retail technology context. The focus is on driving technical vision and operational excellence for applications supporting these business areas.

What you will do

Lead the technical and operational direction of application solutions.
Influence product decisions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Define and sustain an ambitious technical vision aligned with business goals.
Design and oversee microservices, event-driven, and domain-driven architectures.
Ensure high availability, resilience, and monitoring across cloud-based systems.
Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in agile environments.
Evaluate and analyze complex technical challenges to guide decision-making.

Location and work model

Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Porto)
