As a People Experience Partner, your ultimate goal will be to guarantee the best service and make our consultants so satisfied that they will want to stay with us forever and recommend KWAN to all Tech Community.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Assist the PE team in developing the training plan, career management and streamline the recording of information;
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance consultants satisfaction and engagement;
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with consultants to understand their needs, concerns, and career aspirations;
• Identify potential issues or challenges that may affect consultant retention and proactively address them;
• Contact with external providers responsible for the foreign and legalization processes;
• Prepare, process, update, and compile routine documents, records, and reports;
• Updating internal platforms;
• Administrative support to all your consultants;
• Organizing existing internal team processes.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Management, Psychology or others similar;
• 1 year of experience in support role or equivalent, preferably in IT consultancy/outsourcing sector;
• Fluency in portuguese for daily interactions and a good business English level (at least B2 - Upper Intermediate) to support and follow-up foreign consultants;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with visits to the office (in Lisbon, city center) twice a week;
• Excellent in communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Ability to build rapport and trust with consultants at all levels;
• Candidates must live in Lisbon area.

Level 1: <1 year as a people manager in IT consultancy/outsourcing

Level 1: €1,100 base + representation expenses + Commissions & Benefits.
