Mobile Developer (Android, iOS)

About the client and the project

Global professional services company with a technology delivery hub in Portugal. The role is part of a long-term mobile engineering initiative building and maintaining native applications for Android and iOS, with integration to backend services.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain native Android applications using Java throughout the full development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift throughout the full development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with backend teams working on Java/Spring Boot or Angular-based services.
  • Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and services.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing and debugging to ensure application quality.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes.
  • Contribute to technical decisions regarding mobile architecture and best practices.

Nice to have

  • iOS/Android CI integration via GitHub Actions
  • React Native and/or Flutter experience

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (1 day/week in the office, Lisboa / Braga / Coimbra)
  • No relocation package available
