Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Point of contact: for UiPath software robots in production environment, assisting end-users with
troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to RPA processes and tools.
- Monitoring and maintenance: Monitoring RPA processes and systems to ensure they are running
smoothly and efficiently, as well as performing routine maintenance and updates to optimize
performance.
- Documentation and reporting: Documenting support tickets, resolutions, and best practices, as well
as providing regular reports on the performance and health of RPA processes to stakeholders.
- Process improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize RPA processes, as well as
collaborating with the development team to implement improvements.
- Training and knowledge sharing: Providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders, as
well as sharing knowledge and best practices within the RPA support team.
- Stakeholder communication: Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including
business users, IT teams, and RPA developers, to understand their needs and provide timely and
effective support.
- Quality assurance: Ensuring that RPA processes meet quality standards and compliance
requirements, as well as participating in testing and validation activities.
- Continuous learning: Staying updated with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices, as
well as continuously improving skills and knowledge in the field of robotics and automation.

Capabilities
Must Have
- 3+ years of IT experience on application support
- Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath (mandatory 3+ years), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or
other similar RPA tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA
processes.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze RPA processes, identify areas
for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

- Knowledge with programming languages (preferably C# and/or VB.Net);
- Problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective
solutions, as well as the capability to proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA
processes.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as the
capability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
- Client Centric customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand end-users' needs, provide
exceptional support, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Adaptability and continuous learning: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and best
practices in the RPA field, as well as the capability to continuously learn and improve skills to stay
updated with the latest developments in RPA.
- Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience;
Nice to Have
- UiPath Certification(s);
- Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts;
- Experience with the Atlassian stack and Version Control;
- Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana.
