Mid Technical Support Analyst (UiPath)
About the role
International banking group with a technology and operations hub in Portugal. The team provides production support for a portfolio of RPA software robots, ensuring their smooth operation, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving automated processes.
What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact for end-users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on RPA processes running in production.
- Monitor RPA processes and systems, performing routine maintenance and updates to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and best practices, and report regularly on the performance and health of RPA processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize RPA processes, collaborating with the development team on implementing enhancements.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing to end-users and other stakeholders on RPA tools and best practices.
- Communicate with business users, IT teams, and RPA developers to understand needs and provide timely, effective support.
- Ensure RPA processes meet quality and compliance standards, participating in testing and validation activities.
Location and work model
- Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Porto / Lisboa)
What are we looking for?
- IT experience in application support — 3+ years
- UiPath — 3+ years
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C# and/or VB.Net
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience
- French B2
- English B2
Nice to have
- UiPath Certification(s)
- Experience with Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
- Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts
- Experience with the Atlassian stack and version control
- Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana
