About the role

IT consulting and software development company operating in Portugal. The team develops and maintains web-based applications and internal tools for a financial services client, working across the .NET stack and integrating with external APIs.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain applications using VB.NET and ASP.NET Core.
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases and queries.
  • Build and maintain scripts and components using specialized scripting tools.
  • Integrate systems with external APIs and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with front-end tooling such as Node, Gulp, Webpack and Sass.
  • Support identity and access management flows using Azure B2C.
  • Test and validate API functionality using standard API testing tools.

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa)

What are we looking for?

  • VB.NET Framework (4.7.2)
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with scripting tools for business process platforms
  • English B2
  • Portuguese

Nice to have

  • Azure (API Management and Application Insights)
  • ASP.NET (5 or higher)
  • API testing tools (Postman or equivalent)
  • ASP.NET Core 8 with Razor MVC
  • Node/Gulp/Webpack/Sass
  • Integration with external APIs
