Mid Salesforce Developer

About the client and the project

Global professional services company with a technology delivery hub in Portugal. You'll join a collaborative, non-hierarchical engineering environment delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations for enterprise clients, with a focus on Service Cloud.

What you will do

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, including classes and triggers.
  • Build Lightning Components using LWC and/or Aura.
  • Configure Salesforce features such as Flows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Implement and maintain REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, including UML and sequence diagrams.
  • Perform unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
  • Collaborate with the team through pair programming and take ownership of deliverables.

Must-have skills

  • Salesforce — full lifecycle implementation experience
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Apex (classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura
  • REST and SOAP integrations
  • Salesforce Flows and Validation Rules
  • Technical documentation (UML, sequence diagrams)
  • Unit testing and defect analysis
  • Git, SFDX, CI/CD
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • English B2

Nice to have

  • Omni-Channel Routing and Prioritisation
  • Security and Access Model, Data Access and Visibility
  • Reports, Dashboards and Power BI integration
  • JavaScript and HTML
  • Experience with Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI), or Data Cloud

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa)
