Opportunity for a new international Tech Hub emerging from Lisbon.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid .Net Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and modern UI frameworks.
- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable system architectures and microservices-based solutions.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end and back-end systems.
- Work with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms to deliver content-driven solutions.
- Build and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability.
- Utilize DevOps tools, such as GitHub workflows and actions, to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core).
- Hands-on experience with DXP/CMS platforms like Optimizely, Umbraco or equivalent.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks: React and Next.js (mandatory).
- Strong technical leadership experience, with proven ability to guide teams, make architectural decisions, and communicate effectively (mandatory).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, including GitHub workflows and actions.
- Solid experience in designing scalable system architectures and microservices.
- Engineering-focused mindset: able to talk about performance, dependency management, communication, problem solving, and investigation.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API.
We want to remind you that it is crucial to validate the following points before sharing any candidate:
- Work model: 2 days per week in the office and 3 days at home. Office is in Lisbon.
- Work schedule: At Accenture, we work under two different schedules. This work schedule provides 12 additional Compensation Days in addition to the normal holiday days. These are fixed days during national holiday periods (5 days between Christmas and New Year's Eve, 5 days during Easter, and 2 days during Carnival)
- During Winter (From October to May – 8 months) we work 43 hours/week:
- From Monday to Thursday: 09h - 19h (9 hours/day)
- Friday: 09h - 17h (7 Hours/day)
- During Summer (From June to September – 4 months) we work 39 hours/week:
- From Monday to Thursday: 09h - 18h (8 hours/day)
- Friday: 09h - 17h (7 Hours/day)
- During Winter (From October to May – 8 months) we work 43 hours/week:
