About the role

Payments and financial technology company operating across Portugal. The role sits within a product delivery team responsible for handling service and enhancement requests across multiple projects, coordinating their intake, prioritization, and rollout across environments.

What you will do

  • Manage service requests and project enhancement requests, ensuring proper registration and tracking.
  • Prioritize incoming requests based on business needs and delivery constraints.
  • Identify and manage collisions or conflicts between concurrent requests.
  • Coordinate the formal delivery of requests across all relevant environments.
  • Track progress using tools such as Jira and Confluence to ensure visibility and traceability.
  • Support communication between technical teams and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Apply Waterfall and Agile practices depending on project needs.
