About the role

Robotics software company developing platforms for autonomous mobile robots. The role leads the engineering organization behind a smart planning and orchestration platform that connects business demand with fleet operations, execution visibility, analytics, and customer integrations for autonomous mobile robot operations.

What you will do

Own and evolve the technical architecture of the platform's backend and application layers.
Define architectural principles, engineering standards, service boundaries, APIs, events, and data responsibilities across the platform.
Guide decisions on concurrency, asynchronous processing, fault handling, and reliable operation across distributed and edge environments.
Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering teams, including a dedicated frontend team led by its own team leader.
Define technical strategy and priorities together with product management and R&D leadership.
Collaborate closely with product, customer success, robotics, QA, and platform engineering teams to translate customer needs into a coherent roadmap.
Balance near-term delivery commitments with long-term platform scalability, maintainability, and architectural integrity.
