Senior Functional Analyst
About the client and the project
Payments and financial technology company operating across Portugal. The role sits within an organization's functional analysis practice, supporting the design of solutions that meet business, regulatory and architectural requirements. The work involves close collaboration with business, development, testing, operations and support teams.
What you will do
- Develop functional analysis to design solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure solutions comply with business rules, regulatory requirements and existing functional architecture standards.
- Apply functional analysis best practices, including process flows, logical data design and interface design (screens, receipts, files).
- Map information exchanges between systems and interfaces.
- Support and follow up with other teams on functional deliverables, including business, development, testing, support and operations.
- Conduct interviews and identify actors, methods and system interfaces as part of the analysis process.

- Functional Analysis — 5+ years
- BPMN
- Data Modeling (logical and conceptual)
- UML
- English B2
- Portuguese

- Degree in Information Systems or demonstrated experience in IT projects

Location and work model
