About the role
Payments and financial technology company operating across Portugal. The role is part of an initiative focused on analyzing regulatory documentation and requirements for application development projects within the banking and payments sector, working across multiple teams to design solutions that meet business and regulatory needs.
What you will do
- Analyze and study regulatory documentation relevant to the business domain.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements across multiple teams.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Design solutions aligned with business rules, regulatory requirements, and existing functional architecture.
- Develop process architecture, flow diagrams, logical data models, and interface designs, using prototyping where needed.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Support product/client management, service teams, and implementation and testing teams in clarifying designed solutions.
Location and work model
- Hybrid (3 days/week in the office, Lisboa)
What are we looking for?
- Requirements gathering and analysis in application development projects
- Functional analysis methodologies (interviews, actor identification, methods, interfaces and systems)
- Data modeling (logical and conceptual level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Ability to lead meetings effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
